Design – The way forward
I understand you don’t want to become a computer or internet expert yourself – you just want a job done, at a fair price with plain English explanations about how things work. That’s what I do.
I believe in good web site design. I also believe that less is often more. Far too many sites are bloated with graphics, have terrible navigation, take ages to download and assume that visitors all have the latest plug-ins. I think that simple, fast and user-friendly sites will keep your user’s attention and help your business to succeed on the web.
Cost – Your web site need not be expensive – and in almost all cases I can give you a fixed-price quotation, keeping your costs under control.
What is responsive design?
A responsive design simply means a website that has been constructed so that all of the content, images and structure of the site remains the same on any device. For example, when a user accesses a site on their desktop, they are getting the full view of the site. But when that same user goes to visit the site from their smartphone or tablet, the site will retract to fit on the smaller screen.
In other words, with a responsive website design, you don’t have to have worry about having different websites for various devices or making sure that your site runs properly on a mobile device.
All my websites are designed to work on all the major internet browsers including Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome & Safari.
